• Reformed Astrology is not liable for any consequences resulting from your use of our services

3. Payment Terms

• Payment Required: Full payment is required before your scheduled reading session
• Payment Methods: We accept payments through our authorized booking platform (Setmore)
• No Refunds: All sales are final except as outlined in our cancellation policy
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations More Than 24 Hours Before Appointment:

• Full refund available
• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
• Cancellation must be made through our booking system or by contacting us directly

Cancellations Within 24 Hours of Appointment:

• No refund available - payment is forfeited
• Rescheduling may be available on a case-by-case basis at our discretion
• Emergency situations will be considered individually

No-Shows:

• Clients who miss their appointment without notice forfeit their payment
• No refunds or rescheduling available for no-shows

5. Rescheduling Policy

• Rescheduling more than 24 hours in advance is generally accommodated based on availability
• Rescheduling within 24 hours is handled case-by-case and not guaranteed
• Emergency situations (illness, family emergency, etc.) will be considered with appropriate documentation
• Clients may reschedule once without penalty; additional rescheduling may incur fees

6. Session Conduct and Recording Policy

• Sessions are conducted via video call or phone
• Clients should be in a quiet, private environment for the session
• Recording for Quality Assurance: Sessions will be recorded for quality assurance purposes and to improve our services. These recordings remain strictly confidential between you and Reformed Astrology
• Opt-Out Available: If you prefer not to be recorded, please inform us when booking or at the beginning of your session, and we will accommodate your request
• Recorded sessions are securely stored and used solely for internal quality improvement purposes
• We reserve the right to terminate sessions for inappropriate behavior
• Session duration is as specified in your booking; extensions may be available for additional fees

7. Confidentiality

• All information shared during readings is kept strictly confidential
• We do not share personal information with third parties without consent
• Birth data and personal details are securely stored and protected
• Testimonials or case studies will only be shared with explicit permission and anonymization

8. Age Requirements

• Services are only provided to individuals 18 years or older
• Minors may receive readings only with parental consent and presence
• We reserve the right to verify age before providing services

9. Intellectual Property

• Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize our content without permission

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

• If needed, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration
• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland
• Any legal proceedings must be brought in the State of Maryland
